mmkay...since like...only FOUR people expressed intrest in the dinner party, im expanding it to EVERYONE AND ANYONE.

you sad that that one character you really love, yet nobody ever draws isnt drawn by anyone? TAKE THEM TO THE PARTY!

so the new rules are:
1. you have to draw the image. I WILL COMPARE IT TO OTHERS IN YOUR GALLERY. if you cheated, i will FORCEFULLY tell you, and you will not be accepted. TRY AGAIN :3

2. EVERYBODY CAN COME! meaning any character. EVER. if you draw a fanart of say...like...lets pick Dante from devil may cry...IF YOU DRAW HIM IN A SAUIT, HE CAN COME.

3. AS WELL. please nake sure than this is NEW ARTWORK. i dont wanna see something picked out from your gallery cuz you were too lazy to acttually draw something D:< IM THE ONE WHOS GUNNA BE DRAWING THEM ALL TOGETHER IN THE END, SO SHUT UP AND DRAW SOMETHING. lazy people.

4. stated before, i will be drawing all the people who come to the party in a party-like scene. SO BE PATIENT WHEN THE DUE DATE COMES AND PASSES. chances are, i will not have anything up until i return from my "vacation" on march 3.

5. that being said, the NEW DUE DATE IS: FEB. 21
i wil not accept anything past that date. that being said, im sure that is plenty of time for you people to actually get off your asses and do something D:<

6. im being mean in this journal entry cuz i have the headache from hell, im so hungry i could eat an octorok, and the typing on the keyboard hurts my brain so much i could kill to get rid of it.

7. IF DRAWING A CHARACTER THAT ISNT YOURS ie. fanart: make sure you include a bits about thier personality in there, if i dont know who they are, plz...that would be gratly appreciated.

8. Any spots not taken out by the time the deadline is up will be filled by me and my own characters.

9. GO AND TELL YOR FRIENDS ABOUT THIS! I WANT A WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE TO JOIN THIS ONE! i wanna meet all sorts of new characters, maybe some famliar ones, and see all the different styles that people use!

10. SEND YOU ENTRY IN A NOTE! this way, i dont have to keep an old response in the bin and risk the chance of deleting it. my internet LOVES to do that.

11. PLEASE WATCH ME SO YOU CAN GET UPDATES! if you plan on entering, or have already entered, please watch me. sometimes, the updates could be very important.

12. The new date has been changed to Feb 21. now, this will only apply if i dont get 2 more people by this time. It's either a: 2 more people, so spots nine and ten are taken, OR 2: Feb 21 comes and goes. REMEMBER THIS.

13. TODAY IS THE DAY PEOPLE! its the last day to get the invite! If i get your entry by 12pm chicago time, you can still be in it! after today, the niext time i will check this site is on Monday, so beware of that!

Q&A time

Q: so, what? you want me to just draw a character in a suit?
A: as long as you can make a case with it that it is "fancy dress" you can have them wearing it.

Q: so like, a kimono would work?
A: a bit...well...cliche, but yes, that would work.

Q: any character? anyone at all?
A: yes, but dont get carried away...like with a lovechild or something...

Q: so no, like, sasuke and naruto child?
A: for fucks sake, they are little children D:<

Q: so no children?
A: if they are accompanied by a REASONABLE adult, anybody can attend. but keep in mind, there is still that 20 people limit, and im only letting 1 person per person come, unless they are A. related in some way 2. a couple or d) i say its allowed.

Q: say, you have some pretty stiff rules here.
A: thats not really a question, but yeah, i do. its for my sake, as well as yours. i dont like extrememly obvious questions that require a simple reading or common sense to answer D:<

Q: can i enter a pencil drawing? i dont have means to-
A: stop. just stop right there! pencils are alright if you can PROVE to me that you dont have anything like crayons, or something around...if you can "colour" and shade with a pencil pretty well, i will let it slide...FOR NOW. but please do INCLUDE A COLOUR SCHEME FOR YOUR ENTRANTS. this is so i can save time by not having to fret over colours and stuff.

Q: whats the deal with the people that have two people listed to enter?
A: the people that have two people have then as: 1. a pairing, like a couple, or B. they are related by blood, or some other means. if you can prove it, i will allow it

Q: can i enter more than two people?
A: YES! if you can prove that they are related somehow, then they can all go together.

Q: so...my character is under the age of 18...
A: if your character is under the age of 20, i would like you to have an adult with them if at all possible. if this is not possible, and you do not want to make a adult person to go with them, you may ask them to go with Shawn as the babysitter. Shawn is the one who is hosting this little event.
the reason is this: treat it like a bar. people will be drinking, ie, wine. so in order to follow the rule of life, no minors without an adult.

Q: baaaw! i dont wanna watch you!
A: how mean! you can just watch me until i get the finished image up, then you can unwatch me, i promise i wont get mad at you.

Q: But...i can't draw suits...
A: then dont give them a suit jacket! i find that the jacket is tha hardest part of an outfit, so i try to cut corneres to make sure it isnt seen, or just isnt there. Look at the guy who's hosting it, he isnt wearing a jacket. (hes the first one on the list)

Q: YOU HAVE TOO MANY RULES! IM NOT GUNNA ENTER!
A: d'awww, thats giving up! you will never et better if you arent pushed a little bit every once and a while. just try it, if you really and truly can't do it, then thats okay. Im no demon, i'l still accept nearly anything. just no stick people, thats...thats not trying at all.

Q: why do I have to draw the image? cant i just give you the information needed?
A: c'mon, this one is simple. the reason is that i will be very busy doing other things...AND! all the other people worked hard to make thier entries. i cant give liberties to one person, and not others, you see. i like to be fair about stuff like this :3

Q: you just said before that you would not change the date of due time...why did you?
A: well...i guess its because people dont know how to draw other people in fancy clothes, like a nice button down shirt and pants, or a summer dress...OH WELL. and i was kinda sad at the turnout.

Q: DAMMIT! i missed the due date!
A: YOU DIDNT TRY HARD ENOUGH.

Q: Sometihng prevented me from entering this time, like, i moved, family was crazy, grounded, set the computer on fire, i died...etc etc.
A: I will be holding another one later in the year, so dont fret too much :3 I know that some people jsut coun't make it this time. ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!

Q: you act like its no big deal that i missed this...
A: I GUESS THIS TIME I WILL BE NICE TO YALL, like im not already XD XD
If you send me a note with your character in a suit, ANY TIME OF THE YEAR, i will draw them in that suit for you :3 It doent have to be a suit either, just something nice that they wear |D

remember, he due date is a stiff one, FEB 21! this gives me time to sketch all the people out and come up with a good layout. and time to practice drawing rooms. The actual finished peice will not be around until I come back on March 3, so be aware of that, please :3
